The scope includes a full stage lighting and house lighting packages Featuring Chauvet Pro, and HOG 5 lighting control, a broadcast video system featuring the latest Blackmagic Design Broadcast Quality Cameras and Video Processing, and common area distributed video.
Additionally, a redesign of audio control systems featuring Allen & Heath, Shure ULXD and RF Venue for excellent RF and audio control while still providing access to 3rd party house mixing infrastructure. Additional allowance for PA expansion including fills and delays as determined by final architectural plans.
The combined total across all four estimates is $382,989.00.

Installation Scope
Installation Process & Scope of Work
The Mission City Church full AVL installation is a comprehensive multi-phase project covering audio, video, and lighting systems across the sanctuary, broadcast room, lobby, and stage areas in Fort Worth, TX.
Site Assessment & Planning
Coordinate with Church, Architect and Project Managers, Evaluate all routing paths, rigging points, power requirements, and infrastructure needs across all AVL upgrades. Refine estimates and make final selections of products.
House Lighting Installation
Install and provide all low voltage cabling of 40x Chauvet H-265 FC Pendant fixtures with RDM controller and DMX cabling throughout the facility. High voltage wiring provided by electrical contractor. Program within the HOG Flex Hog Lighting Console.
Stage Lighting Rig & Grid
Install Key lighting Truss, and pipe lighting grid, Install 12x Rogue Outcast 3 Spot, 12x Rogue R2X Wash, 16x Ovation E-910FC, 4x F-915FC Fresnels, 4x Cyc 1 FC floor lights, and 2x AMHAZE hazers.
All new DMX infrastructure installed, 6 new universes implemented making using of existing lighting node.
Audio System Installation
Install Allen & Heath Avantis console, digital snake, ME-U monitor hub, Shure ULXD wireless system, RF Venue antenna distribution, LynTec power sequencing. Installation of all new cabling, new custom floor pockets, and patch plates in Sound Booth & Broadcast room.
Video System Installation
Install Blackmagic ATEM 2 M/E Constellation switcher, Videohub 20x20, 2x URSA Broadcast G2 cameras, 2x Pocket Cinema cameras.
Implement new Broadcast suite with centralized video rack and studio desk providing a dedicated space for video mixing and online engagement.
Programming, Commissioning & Training
Programming all consoles and equipment. Create user friendly scenes and layouts in all softwares and surfaces. Optimize audio system with frequency coordination, and full system tuning with EAW rep on site. Provide walkthrough with Mission City Church team and Dedicated in-depth Training session upon Completion.
